Meet The HOA

The Berkeley Home Owner's  Association is a non-profit organization comprised of home owners in the Berkeley Addition of Norman, Oklahoma.

The Association is responsible for maintaining the pool and common areas, enforcing the covenants and restrictions to which all home owners agreed at the time of purchase, advocates on behalf of the neighborhood to the City and local agencies, arranging social and recreational activities, and generally promoting the property and civic interests of its members.  This is a volunteer organization, so your input and help are vital!
