Annual Homeowners Meeting TONIGHT!
We would love to see all of you at the pool tonight at 6:30pm for our annual homeowners meeting and elections.
You should've received a newsletter in the mail within the last few weeks. On the reverse of that newsletter is the proxy for tonight's meeting. If you can not make this meeting PLEASE fill out the proxy and drop it by 3914 Mayfair Dr. TODAY (There is a cast iron mail drop in the yard). Thank you, for taking an interest in our neighborhood.

Neighborhood 4th of July Parade
Please join in as we celebrate our freedom with our neighbors in Warwick. Registration begins at 8:30am at the Warwick pool and the parade begins at 9:00am. Come out and watch all of our neighbors celebrate as we head north on Bishops and turn east on Astor Dr. to end at the Berkeley Park. So decorate your bikes, wagons, golf carts, animals, cars and yourself and come out and see if you could be a winner! Prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in 8 categories. COME AND SHOW YOUR AMERICAN SPIRIT!
Holiday Decoration Contest
Holiday Celebration Decorations: Decorations must not be put up more than 30 days in advance (Nov.25). Judging for winners will be the weekend of 19th & 20th. Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Decorations must be removed no later than two weeks after the holiday. (Weather permitting)
Halloween Decoration Contest
Halloween Home Decorating Contest: The Judging for the Halloween Contest will be done the weekend prior to Oct.31st. Prizes will be for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Decorations should be removed no later than Nov.1st. (Weather permitting)

October 3 Residential customers who have Monday polycart service
October 10 Residential customers who have Tuesday polycart service
October 17 Residential customers who have Wednesday polycart service
October 24 Residential customers who have Thursday polycart service
October 31 Residential customers who have Friday polycart service
